I and my family have been patients at the surgery for a number of years. We have found that the Doctors are very caring and helpful, but one or two of the receptionists could have a better "bedside manner". This may be because they are working under pressure as appointments are not always available especially during busy times of the year, however the automatic telephone system is a very useful tool.

Receptionists are always helpful on the phone and in person, aswell as being very friendly, making time to chat and say hello to the girls if they're not too busy. Doctors and nurses are helpful when I turn up with twins in a double buggy on my own.

A good surgery with good automatic appointment booking facilities. However, there is a tendency of the receptionists to tell you their requirements rather than listen to your questions. You get the impression that they think their job would be much easier if there weren't any patients.
